Service Description

Downsize program Includes: First, an initial phone discussion to review your needs and answer preliminary questions. Then a 2-hour in person conversation to discuss priorities of what the client wants to take to the new home. Measurements and photos of those items will be taken at that time. ($250.00 non-refundable retainer fee collected) We will also finalize the total fees based on that meeting. Next, we will then visit the new place and/or get the floor plan to develop a design of what will work best for your needs. A second meeting is then scheduled to review proposed floor plan and the items to be taken. (Collect 50% of determined fees) We will then coordinate with the mover for the day and time, meet the mover at the new location. We will arrange the furniture and hang the artwork, pictures and mirrors according to the design plan. This is done on the same or next day depending on the time of the move so that you can settle in as quickly as possible. (We don’t collect balance until everything is in its place as agreed upon)
