Project Highlight

This Williamsville patio home was in dire need of an update. We started with opening up the space to reflect today's lifestyle and then went about selecting all new finishes to create the dream space that the client wanted to retire to.
9" wide walnut floors were laid throughout the entire space, except for the bathrooms and laundry areas. A half bath was converted to the perfect entry walk in closet. A modern kitchen with a full glass back splash in a warm brick color pulls out the accents in the counter tops.
New lighting was specified throughout the space. The open living area received a new walnut entertainment center with custom cabinets that replaced the dated bookcases.
The master bath continues the modern look with a floating vanity and curb less walk in shower. Heated floors add to the overall luxury.
The guest bath features new pedestal sink to make it feel more spacious in addition to better lighting. Full tile walls create continuity.
"I'm so completely satisfied with Richard's designs that I rehired him this fall for another big project."

New finishes and seating arrangement invite guests to stay.

Glass backsplash is a simple compliment to the heavily patterned granite. Wall to the dining area was opened to further update the room.
